In automatic mode, thanks to its touchscreen, you can prepare your favorite coffee in three easy steps: grind, brew, and add milk. Simply adjust the coffee strength, milk texture, and temperature to suit your taste. Then, save it with a unique name. Create and save up to 8 personalized coffees. With automation at every step, just swipe and select (Espresso, Long Black, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, Piccolo, Latte Macchiato, Mocha, Iced Latte, Espresso Martini, Espresso Shakerato, Latte Shakerato, Hot Chocolate, Babyccino, Tea) to enjoy professional-quality coffee at home. The integrated conical grinder automatically grinds, doses, and tamps 22 grams of coffee, similar to what professional coffee machines do in your coffee shop. The difference between a burnt espresso and a well-balanced one can depend on a temperature change of just 1°C. The overpressure valve (OPV) limits the maximum pressure during extraction to prevent bitter flavors in the coffee. It also features an initially low pre-infusion pressure, which gradually increases to expand the grounds evenly and achieve uniform extraction. Professional-quality coffee is composed of a delicate balance between the flavor of espresso and sweet milk with a microfoam texture. The steam wand, powered by a specialized steam heater, automatically textures the milk to your preferred taste and temperature, creating a barista-style microfoam that enhances the coffee's flavor. And then it cleans itself! The innovative Americano function serves a double espresso and then fills the cup with hot water through a separate, dedicated channel, just like high-quality commercial machines.
