Purchase Cancellation Policy – Black Jebena

At Black Jebena, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
Below, we explain how you can cancel or modify your orders, depending on the type of purchase you have made.

1. Standard Orders (in-stock products)

You may cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

2. Subscriptions (recurring deliveries of coffee or tea)

If you subscribe to one of our recurring products, you will receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency you selected.
You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next scheduled billing or shipping date.

Cancellations made before the billing date will stop all future deliveries.

If the subscription has already been billed and the order has been prepared, the cancellation will take effect starting from the next cycle.

You can manage your subscription via your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

3. Pre-orders or Reserved Items

In some cases, we offer products via pre-order or advance reservation (e.g., espresso machines or limited-edition items).
You may cancel your purchase as long as the product has not yet been prepared or shipped.
If the order has already been processed, our standard return conditions will apply.

If a deposit or partial payment has been made, it will be fully refunded, provided the cancellation occurs before the order is prepared.

4. “Try Before You Buy” Orders

Black Jebena does not currently offer this type of service.
