Purchase Cancellation Policy – Black Jebena
At Black Jebena, we strive to offer you the best possible shopping experience.
Below, we explain how you can cancel or modify your orders depending on the type of purchase you’ve made.
1. Standard Orders (Products in Stock)
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
📩 To cancel a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blackjebena.com and include your order number.
2. Subscriptions (Recurring Coffee or Tea Deliveries)
If you subscribe to one of our recurring products, you’ll receive automatic deliveries according to the frequency you’ve selected.
You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing or shipping date.

Cancellations made before the next charge will stop future deliveries.

If the subscription has already been charged and the order prepared, the cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
You can manage your subscription through your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
3. Pre-Order or Reserved Items
From time to time, we offer pre-order or reserved products (for example, espresso machines or limited-edition items).
You may cancel your purchase if the product has not yet been prepared or shipped.
If the order has already been processed, our standard returns policy will apply.
If you have paid a deposit or partial payment, it will be fully refunded if the cancellation occurs before the product preparation stage.
4. “Try Before You Buy” Orders
Black Jebena does not currently offer this type of service.
All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase or through one of the available payment methods in our store.
