Return and Refund Policy – Black Jebena

At Black Jebena, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return your products and request a refund under the conditions detailed below.


1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party authorized by you, receive the order.


2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns of food products (coffee, tea, infusions, etc.) that have been opened or handled will not be accepted, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of an error or defective product.


4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned products and confirm their condition, we will refund the corresponding amount, including standard shipping costs (if applicable).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 5–10 business days after receiving the returned package.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.


5. Return of Defective or Damaged Products

If your products arrive defective or damaged during transport, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Black Jebena will cover all return shipping costs.

  • We will offer you a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference.

For espresso machines or other professional equipment, repairs, collections, or replacements will be handled directly by our official suppliers or authorized technical service, who will manage the process and cover the associated costs.
