Black Jebena Shipping Policy
At Black Jebena, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle our shipments.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

Countries within the European Union (EU)
⚠️ Due to logistical and customs restrictions, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Conditions
We offer free shipping* in the following cases:

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): orders over €40
⏱️ Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days -
European Union (EU): orders over €100
⏱️ Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
For all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
* Merchandise items (apparel and accessories) and espresso machines and grinders are excluded from the free shipping promotion.
These products have fixed shipping fees and an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
📦 All shipments within mainland Spain take 2–4 business days (except for espresso machines and merchandise, which take 5–10 business days).
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We meet delivery times in more than 95% of cases, depending on the performance of our logistics partners.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
You can check your order status at any time using the tracking link provided.
5. Failed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to reschedule the delivery or collect the package from a designated location.
If the order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange a new shipment.
Additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can check its status with the courier.
If you receive damaged or incomplete products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@blackjebena.com with your order number and photos of the package condition.

7. PIck up in store
We also offer an in-store pickup option at our shop in Seville.
Once your order is placed, you’ll be notified by email or phone when it’s ready for collection.
Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 hours, except for espresso machines and merchandise items, which may take 5 to 10 business days.
Pickup is free of charge, and you’ll need to provide your order number or the buyer’s name upon collection.
