Presentation: This is the youngest wine from the house, made entirely with Tempranillo grapes that grow in the winery's youngest vineyards, which are protected from the continental climate of the Ribera del Duero thanks to the extensive mass of pine forests that surround them.
Viticulture and Winemaking: Our own vineyard, planted in goblet and trellis systems on slopes above the Duero River between 800 and 840 meters above sea level in the villages of La Horra, Roa, and La Aguilera, is cultivated traditionally, without the addition of mineral fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides, and with the utmost respect for the land. The soils are clay-limestone and alluvial.
Aged for 6 to 10 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: This wine has a deep cherry color with purple highlights and a rich, opaque hue. The nose is very powerful and complex, with notes of wild berries and red fruits, hints of roasted coffee, and a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is very well-balanced with a smooth, fruity attack that is well-integrated, making it easy and pleasant to drink.
Due to logistical difficulties and the possibility of damage by third parties, wines are not shipped; they can only be picked up in store . Keep this in mind when placing your order.
