We are a unique roastery in Spain, founded in Seville by Ethiopian Abezash Tamerat and Gonzalo Guajardo. We specialize in Ethiopian coffee, roasting in micro-lots with in-depth knowledge of the origin and suppliers.

About shipments

We offer free shipping* in these cases:

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + €50 / Delivery 2-3 business days (except espresso machines, which take 5-10 business days).
EU: + €100 / Delivery 5-10 business days

In all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size of the item.

*This does not apply to merchandising products (clothing and accessories), which take 5-10 days and have fixed shipping costs.

* Due to complicated logistics and customs duties, we currently only ship to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the EU (we are not able to ship orders to the following destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Preparation : Aged for 9 months in oak barrels

Presentation: Loess Inspiration was born in a tasting session, while making the ideal blend to center the Loess Crianza, the possibility of having another younger wine was discovered.

Viticulture and Winemaking: Grapes from our own vineyard in Roa, Burgos, hand-harvested during October, the ideal time in the Ribera del Duero region. This allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop good acidity, with yields between 2,800 and 4,600 kg/ha. The wine is aged in premium French oak barrels with varying toasting levels, from medium to light. These barrels are first, second, and third use. Approximate production is around 56,000 bottles.

Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Upon opening the bottle and pouring it into the glass, a deep, rich garnet color is revealed, indicating proper maceration of the grapes during harvest. On the nose, a strong aromatic intensity quickly emerges, with fruit predominating and subtly blending with the oak where it aged, creating nuances of complexity that are thoroughly satisfying. On the palate, the wine's long and very pleasant finish is particularly noteworthy, leaving a lingering sensation of flavor. The complexity returns, revealing a range of distinct flavors from fruit to balsamic and toasty oak notes, with the varietal character standing out above all.
