We are a unique roastery in Spain, founded in Seville by Ethiopian Abezash Tamerat and Gonzalo Guajardo. We specialize in Ethiopian coffee, roasting in micro-lots with in-depth knowledge of the origin and suppliers.

Si no has abierto el café, dispones, no de 14 (como marca la ley) sino de 30 días para devolverlo. Sin excusas. Ese café no se comercializa, lo consumiremos nosotros.

Si ya lo has abierto y no era lo que esperabas, escríbenos. Buscaremos contigo la mejor solución posible en cada caso: cambio, reembolso parcial o devolución.

About shipments

We offer free shipping* in these cases:

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + €50 / Delivery 2-3 business days (except espresso machines, which take 5-10 business days).
EU: + €100 / Delivery 5-10 business days

In all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size of the item.

*This does not apply to merchandising products (clothing and accessories), which take 5-10 days and have fixed shipping costs.

* Due to complicated logistics and customs duties, we currently only ship to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the EU (we are not able to ship orders to the following destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Presentation: This rosé wine, made from a single Garnacha grape variety, marked a milestone in the world of fruity rosés. More than 30 years after its release, it is considered one of the best rosé wines from Navarre for its extraordinary fruitiness.

Viticulture and Winemaking. After the must has a brief contact with the skins, it is separated by gravity and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature on its own lees.

Tasting Notes: Intense strawberry pink color with bright, vibrant highlights. Intense, clean, and very fruity aroma. Prominent aromas of strawberry and raspberry. Very fresh on the palate with balanced acidity, a pleasant finish, and a long persistence.

Recommended pairing: Steamed, boiled, or grilled fish or seafood pairs well with these wines. They also complement marinated fish and seafood, ceviche, or raw dishes. These wines are ideal for fresh cheeses, salads, and raw vegetables. Try seasoning them with citrus fruits and aromatic herbs.

Due to logistical difficulties and the possibility of damage by third parties, wines are not shipped; they can only be picked up in store . Keep this in mind when placing your order.
