We are a unique roastery in Spain, founded in Seville by Ethiopian Abezash Tamerat and Gonzalo Guajardo. We specialize in Ethiopian coffee, roasting in micro-lots with in-depth knowledge of the origin and suppliers.

About shipments

We offer free shipping* in these cases:

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + €50 / Delivery 2-3 business days (except espresso machines, which take 5-10 business days).
EU: + €100 / Delivery 5-10 business days

In all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size of the item.

*This does not apply to merchandising products (clothing and accessories), which take 5-10 days and have fixed shipping costs.

* Due to complicated logistics and customs duties, we currently only ship to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the EU (we are not able to ship orders to the following destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Preparation : Aged for 4 months in French oak foudre

Viticulture and Winemaking: Made with grapes from our own vineyards, small plots of the Godello variety with an average age of 25 years, located at an altitude of over 600 meters and cultivated on sandy granite soils and sandy soils with clay sediments. These plots are located in the municipality of O Bolo, in the villages of Chandoiro, Lentellais, Outardepregos and Santa Cruz do Bolo.

The main focus of viticulture here is guiding these vineyards towards a traditional and organic approach, free from harsh treatments for the vines and soil. As a result, the unique microclimate of O Bolo and its sandy granite soil take center stage in the wine's terroir profile, highlighting its minerality and saline character. The must ferments in 35 hectoliter foudres.

Aged for 4 months in French oak foudre.

Tasting Notes: Louro is a full and attractive wine on the palate, intense and flavorful on the mid-palate, with ripe stone fruit, good texture and vinosity, and a very tasty and saline finish, a minerality that warns us of a great concentration in a vintage that is once again exceptional for this wine.
