We are a unique roastery in Spain, founded in Seville by Ethiopian Abezash Tamerat and Gonzalo Guajardo. We specialize in Ethiopian coffee, roasting in micro-lots with in-depth knowledge of the origin and suppliers.

About shipments

We offer free shipping* in these cases:

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + €50 / Delivery 2-3 business days (except espresso machines, which take 5-10 business days).
EU: + €100 / Delivery 5-10 business days

In all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size of the item.

*This does not apply to merchandising products (clothing and accessories), which take 5-10 days and have fixed shipping costs.

* Due to complicated logistics and customs duties, we currently only ship to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the EU (we are not able to ship orders to the following destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Presentation: Since 1987, Perelada Castle has hosted one of Europe's most prestigious music festivals every summer: the Castell de Perelada Festival. This Perelada Stars Touch Rosé is a tribute to all the artists who honor us with their presence year after year, shining like the stars in the Empordà sky under which they perform.

Viticulture and Winemaking: The grapes used for Stars Touch Rosé come from several vineyards cultivated in the Cava DO. After the harvest, the grapes are transported quickly to the company's facilities to ensure they are not damaged and retain their characteristics.
Once in the winery, the first fraction of the must is selected from the grapes. Those that have reached their optimal ripeness and exhibit the most varietal character are chosen. The resulting free-run juice then undergoes controlled fermentation. A second fermentation is subsequently carried out in the bottle using the conventional method. Finally, it ages for one year in the bottle before disgorgement and release to the market. It is an organically grown and vegan Cava.

Tasting notes: In appearance, it is pale pink, bright, with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers fruity notes with floral aromas. On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between complexity and silky, fruity notes.

Due to logistical difficulties and the possibility of damage by third parties, wines are not shipped; they can only be picked up in store . Keep this in mind when placing your order.
