About shipments

We offer free shipping* in these cases:

  • In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + €50 / Delivery 2-3 business days (except espresso machines, which take 5-10 business days).
  • EU: + €100 / Delivery 5-10 business days

In all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size of the item.

*This does not apply to merchandising products (clothing and accessories), which take 5-10 days and have fixed shipping costs.

* Due to complicated logistics and customs duties, we currently only ship to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the EU (we are not able to ship orders to the following destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rincón de la Subbética is a Organic extra virgin olive oil , made exclusively with olives of the variety Hojiblanca olives , harvested in the first days of the season. Born in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, this extra virgin olive oil has been awarded year after year as The best organic olive oil in the world . It stands out for its intense green fruitiness and great aromatic complexity, with herbaceous and citrus nuances, and notes of thyme, mint, and tomato plant. On the palate, it is initially sweet, with a medium-intensity bitterness and spiciness, perfectly balanced and persistent. A true masterpiece for the most discerning palates.

Process and Storage Details

Manufacturing Process: The olives are received, cleaned, washed, and weighed for milling in less than one hour from arrival. The paste is then churned and the oil is extracted by centrifugation, followed by filtration and subsequent storage in inert tanks for bottling.

Storage and Preservation: Store protected from light, in a cool, dry place.

Best Before: 18 months from the packaging date (see label).

TASTING NOTES

Olfactory Phase

Intense green fruitiness. A multitude of nuances reveal its great complexity.
Fruity and citrus reminiscences. Herbaceous sensations, reminiscent of thyme and
Spearmint. Vegetable notes like tomato plant.

Gustatory Phase

On the palate, it begins with a sweet taste, green almond, followed by a bitter and spicy intensity.
