About shipments

We offer free shipping* in these cases:

  • In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + €50 / Delivery 2-3 business days (except espresso machines, which take 5-10 business days).
  • EU: + €100 / Delivery 5-10 business days

In all other cases, a shipping fee will be applied based on the size of the item.

*This does not apply to merchandising products (clothing and accessories), which take 5-10 days and have fixed shipping costs.

* Due to complicated logistics and customs duties, we currently only ship to the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the rest of the EU (we are not able to ship orders to the following destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Almaoliva BIO is an organic extra virgin olive oil , ideal for those who value respect for the environment without sacrificing flavor. It is a blend of Picudo, Picual, and Hojiblanca olives , with a sensory profile that combines green and ripe characteristics . On the palate, it offers a touch of sweetness at the beginning , followed by green almond, bitterness, and a medium-high intensity spiciness. Its balance and harmony make it a perfect EVOO for enjoying raw in salads, with meats, oily fish, and gourmet toasts.

Process and Storage Details

Manufacturing Process: The olives are received, cleaned, washed, and weighed, and then milled within 24 hours of harvesting. The resulting paste is then stirred and separated in two phases to separate the olive juice from the other components. Finally, the resulting extra virgin olive oil is filtered and stored in inert tanks for subsequent bottling, distribution, and sale.

Storage and Preservation: Store protected from light, in a cool, dry place.

Best Before: 18 months from the packaging date (see label).

  • Technical and sanitary regulations for vegetable oils RD 308/83.

TASTING NOTES

Olfactory Phase

Medium to high fruitiness, with both green and ripe characteristics. This leads to a perfect harmony of all the nuances.

Gustatory Phase

With a sweet touch at the beginning, like green almonds, and with a wonderful hint of bitterness and spiciness with a medium-high intensity.
