With 6 unique brewing modes, enjoy the perfect, balanced coffee exactly to your liking. Preset modes include Gold, Fast, Strong, Iced, and Cold Brew. To fine-tune the flavor, you can adjust the pre-infusion time, flow rate, and brewing temperature, or use an adapter for your favorite drip cone. Great-tasting coffee requires precise control of temperature, flow rate, and contact time. 1. PID Control: Precise adjustable digital temperature control allows you to achieve superior-tasting coffee. 2. Pump: 3 different flow rates can be selected to optimize contact time. 3. Thermo-Coil Heating System: A heating system that delivers purer water during coffee brewing. In the pre-programmed Gold Cup mode, the Sage Precision Brewer Glass automatically adjusts the water temperature and brewing time to meet SCA standards. The Steep & Release valve automatically keeps the water in contact with the coffee when brewing directly into cups, without the carafe. Its my Brew program allows you to customize any of the parameters, such as pre-infusion time, brew temperature, and flow rate, to suit the specific coffee you're using—be it floral, fruity, earthy, or more. Brew any amount of coffee to your liking with the included flat-bottom and conical filters.
